This stained glass look wall hanging is machine quilted. 100% cotton fabrics. Marbled and texture looking
fabrics were usedand a stone grey border and binding give this quilt a 'framed' appearance. The machine quilting
creates secondary patternsof grass, feathers, and flower petals throughout the background of the quilt.
The canadian goose is created in the stained glass quilting method of sewing black bias over the pieced seams.
Surrounding this center area are 54 individually pieced flying geese blocks, each measuring 1-1/2 by 3 inches and
4 pieced square in a square cornerstone blocks.
