Maple Leaf Quilt
70" x 90"
The maple leaf blocks are constructed with a fabric of tiny deep burgandy/brown leaves with
gold veining on an eggshell background.
The sashing and borders are pieced with a natural tone muslin and small autumn gold squares.
The batting is 100% cotton 'warm and white' from the Warm Co. and the backing is an unbleached , natural cotton.
This quilt is free hand machine quilted using varigated beige thread. The quilting design is leaves and berries throughout the quilt.
This quilt has been washed after being completed to ensure colorfastness and to give it a soft vintage appearance.
