Makower 'Christmas Cats' Wreath

Makower "Christmas Cats" fabric was used as the center squares of these log cabin style blocks.
The blocks are arranged in a pattern to resemble a wreath. 100%cotton fabrics in various
greens make up the blocks. A tonal leaf pattern fabric was used for the border. The bow is hand appliqued to the
quilt top using the needle turned method.
The quilt top is layered with a cotton batting and backing of white muslin, then machine quilted using color coordinating
thread. The all over quilting is a combination of loops and swirls.
